I see some cars in my area wrapped with advertisments. I'm interested in doing that to make some extra spending $. HOwever, I've been unable to find any info that doesn't require ME spending extra $ to get the low-down on this opportunity.



Does anyone know where I can get reliable, hopefully FREE, information on companies that do this business? I"m going to post in some other chats as well.

Re: Car "wrap" - advertising scam?

Actually, that is legit. I've seen several stories on network news media about it. But they do look for certain cars [styles] that are driven regularly in and around certain areas.



I don't know who does it, or if there is more than one company, but I can say you should NOT have to pay for the info. As far as I know, the ad company pays for everything. Also it is not supposed to do any damage to your vehicle, it's basically a big vinyl sticker that just peels off at the end of the term.



Have you tried Googling 'car wrap' ? Or 'car wrap ad' or some similar string?
